Brett Groennert
Director of Catering

Brett joined Specialized Catering in October of 2002 and on January 1, 2003, Brett officially became the Director of Catering.

Brett started in the catering business with BFL Caterers, graduating from Meramec Community College with a Business and Hotel Management Degree. He then went to work at several country clubs in the St. Louis area and held several positions at Westborough, Whitmoor and Missouri Bluffs Golf Clubs. He spent three years as Catering Director at Whitmoor Country Club and brings the experience of having worked at Busch Stadium as the Deluxe Suite Manager, as well as Dining Room Manager at the exclusive Gatesworth Retirement Living Center.

Amy Dierkes
Catering Coordinator

Amy has been with Food Service Consultants since 1997, working part time while attending high school and college. She graduated from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in January of 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing & Management. In March of the same year she was promoted to her current position of Catering Coordinator in our Specialized Catering Division.
